Full Time Service Receptionist Required at the Burnley Depot
We have a full time position available working at Balmers in Burnley for the role as our service receptionist.
The ideal person will benefit from a customer service background and will have dealt with customers previously.
The job will be for 40hrs per week plus half day on Saturday mornings on a rota.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To have an excellent telephone manner
- To be able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Well presented
- Computer literate windows based
- To liaise with workshop staff and customers
- To be able to use their own initiative
- Will deal with customer enquiries on a day to day basis
- Will assist customers with machines
- Will liaise with drivers to organize collections and deliveries
- Will book in machines and create a job card
- Also invoice jobs and take payments
